We are a very unique store, wherein we have over 100 vendors in our store,
which offers a very wide variety of products for everyone. We have
almost everything you can think of, and if we don't, we can try and find it
for you. Our store is over 75% handmade crafts and wood products.
We do take special orders, but this varies from vendor to vendor.
If you would like to order any products, please follow the instructions
-View the following pages to see the store products and vendor products that are available
online. Not all products are shown, but a selection each vendor
has chosen to be on the website. So if you don't see what you are
looking for, e-mail us or call us, and we will let you know if we have
-Write down the product number and description of the products you wish to purchase.
-If the product has a

then it is out of stock.
-You can either call our office at (519) 664-1831 during business hours 10:00 am to 5:00
pm, 7 days a week. If you get the
answering machine you can leave a message and we will call you back.
-Or you can e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us
with your name, address, phone number, the numbers and description of the
would like and a Visa or MC number, including the expiry date.
-Once we receive your order, it will be sent out within 2 business days.
Within Ontario it takes approximately 1 to 2 days, any other province in
Canada it can take 3 to 5 business days. To the USA and Overseas
it can take 7 to 28 days depending where it's going.
-Postage will vary according to Province. Once we have your order,
we take it over to the post office, have it weighed and pay the postage.
We then charge your Visa or MC with the amount of postage, no additional
charge is added. Shipping products is done at
your own risk, and we are not responsible for damage or loss. If you
would rather your package be sent in a different manner, please let us
know, and we will send it by UPS, Purolator, Fedex, etc, as the shipping
and postage are your expense.
-Insurance is also placed on each order up to a maximum of $100.00
We are also provided with a tracking number so we know exactly where
your package is at all times and when it was delivered to your address.
For outside Canada, insurance is optional, but there is an additional
charge for this. Also insurance does not cover breakage of glass
or porcelain objects for anywhere.
We also have all the Lang and Pineridge Calendars available. We
have the largest selection anywhere as we carry almost every calendar
available from both these companies. We also carry the Vertical
Calendars, Monthly Planners and Pocket Calendars. Or
we can order in any other products you are looking for in the Lang and
For special orders, especially
in wooden products, we require the measurements, and if possible a picture
of what you want made. If you can fax or e-mail them to us, that would
be great. As long as you have a picture of what you want made, we can
usually get it made for you.
Our website is currently under construction, so check
back often to see all the new items being added daily. With over 100
vendors in the store, this is a time consuming project, but will be worth
